Bringing the QSC Advantage to Your Members
The mission of the Virginia Association of REALTORS® is to enhance
its membership’s ability to achieve business success. To this end, VAR
has formed a partnership with Quality Service Certification, Inc.,
enabling its members to take advantage of the QSC program at a reduced
cost.
Additionally, VAR has already certified a group of instructors who are
prepared to deliver the live QSC training program.
Who is Quality Service Certification?
Quality Service Certification, Inc. (QSC) is recognized as the real
estate industry’s premier advocate of quality service. In this role,
QSC conducts quality service training throughout North America. Sales
professionals may earn the QSC designation.
Additionally, through its partnership with Leading Research Corporation,
QSC measures customer service performance and satisfaction by surveying
home sellers and buyers following closing. Returned survey results are
compiled and then displayed on the QSC
professional website (password protected) for viewing by
agents and management. An overall satisfaction score for each sales
associate is displayed on the QSC consumer website.
