Requirements
Maintaining Quality Service Certified® status requires the real estate practitioner to meet the following conditions:
- Abiding by the terms as set forth in the QSC Licensing Agreement
- Submission of buyer and/or seller names for the Quality Service Assurance Survey© after every closed transaction
- Continued prepayment of $50 for every 20 Quality Service Assurance Surveys©
- Satisfactory customer service results received from the Quality Service Assurance Survey©
- Payment of the annual renewal fee
- Maintaining current real estate salesperson or broker license
