The QSC webinar is a convenient way to earn an important designation for your career in real estate. QSC offers webinars to accommodate busy schedules. Participants call in and participate in classroom-style training from the convenience of their home or office. Materials are sent in advance of the webinar. Following the training, participants log onto our password-protected web site to take a 40-question, multiple-choice exam. Pre-registration is required. On-Site Seminars

We would be happy to work with your organization, association or local board to schedule a Quality Service Certification^® program in your area. The QSC program is offered in half day or full day modules and includes the training session and the administration of the exam leading to the Quality Service Certified^® designation.

If you are a Broker/Owner or Director, contact us about sponsoring a program. Our live programs of 50 or more participants can be customized to fit the needs of your organization.

Individuals in smaller organizations may become Quality Service Certified by completing the program either on line or by CD-ROM. (See details by clicking “Online Program” located on the top menu bar.)

The cost of the live program depends on the location, number of programs scheduled and number of people attending each session. The per-person fee covers:

• Costs of the training, all course materials, exam and scoring
• Post program follow-up Certification and designation package
• First year designation
• Registration on two websites, professional and consumer*
• Access to all the ongoing education, support and marketing materials
• Secure access to the online Q Reports™ and data resulting from the Quality Service Assurance Survey^©

*The consumer web site includes agent’s link to a personal or company website, personal email address, display of their personal Customer Satisfaction Rating and the option to add a personal promotional photo.

An integral element of the total service package rendered by the Quality Service Certified^® professional is the use of the Quality Service Assurance Survey^© with every closed transaction. The feedback is valuable to the practitioner and satisfactory service delivery is an ongoing requirement to maintain status. The cost of the survey package is $50 for the first set of surveys. A Quality Service Assurance Survey^© is sent to every home seller and home buyer from an independent research company, after each transaction closes.
