Quality Service Certified®
In recognition of a commitment to a standard of service, higher accountability,
reliability and a real service process creating greater service value and
greater service satisfaction, the Quality Service Certified real estate
professional or qualifying office is entitled to use and promote this status,
recognition and service mark. Real estate offices and practitioners who meet
all the qualifications of the Quality Service Certification® program
and obtain a 3.75 or better average Customer Satisfaction Rating from the
Quality Service Assurance Survey©, will maintain their Quality
Service Certified designated status. A minimum of four (4) returned surveys
will be used in this calculation for each practitioner. After the first full
year of Certification and each year thereafter, the practitioner and/or office
is eligible for a Quality Service Achievement Award in recognition of that
superior service commitment and delivery.
Quality Service Certified® Gold
Those practitioners or offices with superior Customer Satisfaction Ratings on
the Quality Service Assurance Surveys will be eligible for the Quality Service
Certified Gold level designation. Agents awarded the Gold level designation are
entitled to use and promote the Quality Service Certified designation and mark
with the added distinction of the Gold award recognition. Quality Service
Certified Gold places the real estate professional and qualifying office in the
top 10% of real estate service providers. This determination will be made
annually based on a minimum of four (4) returned surveys. Press releases and
awards appropriate to this distinctive achievement are available.
Quality Service Certified® Platinum
In the top 1-2% of real estate service providers are those offices and
practitioners who obtain the highest levels of customer satisfaction as
confirmed by the Quality Service Assurance Survey, and have no surveys returned
with an overall score below "Satisfied" (4.0). These professionals are entitled
to use and promote the Quality Service Certified Platinum designation and mark.
This determination will be made annually based on a minimum of four (4)
returned surveys. Press releases and awards appropriate to this extraordinary
achievement are available.
All levels of designation will be displayed at
www.QualityService.org enabling consumers to search for service
providers dedicated to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
www.QualityCertified.org allows real estate professionals to access their
personal performance record, as well as, the service records of others for
referral purposes. The award criteria are subject to change at any time.
