TRAINING PROGRAM
The Quality Service Certification® training program can be
completed by attending a live presentation or by taking the course online. Live
presentations are usually sponsored by a brokerage or association, and may be
open to outsiders. For more information on attending or sponsoring a program,

EXAMINATION
The QSC® examination consists of 40 multiple-choice questions
covering the material presented in the training program.
COMMITMENT
Details about the Commitment document, which must be agreed to by those
completing the course either live or online, can be found by

SURVEY PROCESS
A Quality Service Assurance Survey© is sent to the buyer or
seller after the closing of a home purchase or sale. Detailed information about
the survey process can be obtained by clicking here.
PROGRAM COSTS
The online program cost is currently set
at $249, which includes the pre-payment of the first set of Quality Service
Assurance Surveys©. (See preceding paragraph for Survey
details.)
The cost of attending a live presentation varies
depending on the number of attendees and the subsidization of the program by
any sponsors and/or hosting office(s), company or association(s).
Generally, costs can range from $75 to $300. Quality Service Assurance Survey©
costs are either borne by the sponsoring broker or the individual sales
associate and are typically not included in the program expense. (See preceding
